TUVAYHUN
Beatitudes for a Wounded World

The two-time GRAMMY-Nominated premiere recording of this major work by Norwegian composer Kim Arnesen, which takes the Beatitudes of Jesus from the Gospel of Matthew and links each to a new text which illuminates how Jesus' blessing is still relevant today. Recorded in Trondheim by the Nidaros Cathedral Youth Choir and orchestra.

Available Now: Leonardo Dreams of his Flying Machine

The second of my poems to be illustrated by artist Anne Horjus and published by Acroterion Books is Leonardo Dreams of his Flying Machine, the libretto-breve for the iconic choral work by Eric Whitacre. This new book tells the story of Leonardo's dream of flight through sumptuous oil paintings created by Anne over the last three years. His paintings are adapted from Leonardo originals, created in the Master's style, and ingeniously flow one into another by utilizing the sacred geometry of Leonardo's face as a compositional idée fixe.

The Kickstarter campaign to fund the printing of the book, timed to coincide with the 500th anniversary of the life and accomplishments of the great Renaissance Master, was a HUGE success, and we are pleased that the book is now in general release. You can find it HERE, or better yet, order it from your local independent bookstore. If your local library does not have a copy, ask them to order one for you to check out!
